The classic tale of Romeo and Juliet as portrayed by garden gnomes. The ever feud-full families, the Capulets & the Montagues, or “Blues & Reds” as in the movie, are back and forth against one another. Surprisingly this film is full of adventure and fun! There are covert sabotage operations as well as lawnmower races. And what would the story of Gnomeo & Juliet be without love? This “forbidden” relationship will test the bonds of family and cross “fences” that have never been crossed before. It definitely as a "Toy Story" feel to it, the whole coming to life when no one is looking, but this is a great family movie and one to share with friends. Listen closely as there are several famous cameo appearances, including Dolly Parton, Ozzy Osbourne and Hulk Hogan and many more! Oh and by the way, this story has a much happier ending than Shakespeare’s version! I would recommend picking this one up at the very least to rent! If you have kids or even enjoy being a kid yourself, go out and buy this one to watch again and again!
